When is cutoff?
Cutoff is always the 26th of the month. If the 26th falls on the weekend or holiday cutoff will be the next business day. All payments must be made BEFORE 8:00am on cutoff or the 26th to avoid water disconnection and a $25 service fee.
When are the water bills due?
Water bills are due on the 15th of the month. After the 15th a ten percent penalty fee will be assessed to the account.
